Meat Lover’s Pizza Skillet Ravioli
Ingredients- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced pepperoni
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 cup cooked Italian sausage
- 1 - 28 ounce bag frozen ravioli
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1 - 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Cook the ravioli according to the package directions.
- In a large skillet, saute the onions in the oil.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic, and oregano and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the milk, sausage, bacon, and pepperoni.
- Save a few pieces of pepperoni for on top. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked ravioli and stir until coated.
- Top with the shredded cheese and reserved pepperoni pieces.
- Cover and let sit until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano.
- Serve immediately. Serves 6.
