The wáffle máss, which I wánt to offer you, is very tásty, congeáls well, but it álso stáys slightly dámp, so thát reády-máde wáfers áre not hárd. I háve given my táste of vánillá ánd irish creám, of course you cán choose your fávorite flávors.

Put on the whole pácket of wáfers double the ingredients of the máss. Ingredients: 3.5 lárge wáfer Dárk máss : 0.5 cubes of Kásiá márgárine or 125 g of butter 0.5 cups of sugár 1/3 gláss of milk 1 cup of smooth milk powder 2 heáped táblespoons of cocoá severál táblespoons of irish creám syrup Jásná light : 0 , 5 cubes of Kásiá márgárine or 125 g of butter 0.5 glásses of sugár 1/3 gláss of milk 2 cups of pláin milk powder á few táblespoons of vánillá syrup Prepárátion : Wáffles cut in hálf. I pour á little wáter into two pots with á thick bottom, ádd márgárine (butter) ánd sugár to both hálves, ánd heát it to dissolve.

Cleár weight: I constántly ádd liquid milk ánd vánillá syrup, cook on low heát for á few minutes. I táke the pot out of the fire, cool it down for 5 minutes, ánd gráduálly ádd some milk powder to the still hot liquid. I mix intensively until á smooth ánd uniform máss is creáted.

Dárk máss: I keep ádding liquid milk ánd cocoá while cooking, I cook on low heát, pour in syrup. I táke off the heát, lightly cool down, gráduálly ádd milk powder ánd rub the máss hárd.

 I wárm the still wárm másses álternátely with wáffles until finishing (there should be 7 láyers of wáfers). I leáve the wáffles to be completely cooled, pressed, for exámple, with á chopping boárd. Once they completely congeál, cut into triángles or squáres or into thin slices.
