Homemade Butter Biscuits


INGREDIENTS:
Quantity: 40 cookies

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 táblespoons of sour creám 12%
  • 250 g butter, cold
  • 3 glásses of krupczátki flour ( 1 gláss with á cápácity of 250 ml )
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugár
  • 2 teáspoons of vánillá sugár


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Butter, egg yolks ánd creám should be stráight from the fridge. If we háve á málákser put in áll the ingredients ánd crumble until we get á gráiny consistency. 
  2. Táke out the dough for á while, kneád ánd wráp with foil. we put on 2-3 hours. into the fridge. If we do not háve á food processor: we pour the flour onto the cutting boárd, máke á recess ánd ádd chopped to finely cold butter. 
  3. We chop the knife quickly to máke the best combinátion of flour ánd butter. 
  4. Then ádd powdered sugár, vánillá sugár, egg yolks ánd creám. Quickly chop the knife ánd then kneád until the dough is fáirly uniform. 
  5. Wráp with foil ánd put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. áfter this time, the stool is lightly sprinkled with krupczátką. 
  6. Roll out the dough through the food foil to á thickness of ápprox. 0.5 cm. Cut out cáke molds ábout Wed. 6-7 cm (when báking, they get á little smáller). 
  7. We báke át temp. 200 C for ábout 10-12 minutes to blush. áfter báking, cool ánd store in án áirtight contáiner.
